DB SERIES

Output rate：1,000-20,000 kW

Application：Factory, hospital, food factory, chemical factory, fiber factory. For fire tube steam boiler , thermal oil boiler, generator and hot air drying equipment.

Model：decided by site boiler size.

Feature：
(1)separate burner head and components─
DB series is dual block burner, separating blower and burner head, fit in large factory(area heating) and almost all industrial.
DB series could also be used in hot water boiler, steam boiler and thermal boiler.

(2)Equip additional ignition system─
DB series could choose whatever Mechanical or Electronic Proportional control as client's willing, model higher than DB 9 series take igntion system as basic, the other like DB4 to DB6 is installed when client need them.

(3)According to site equipment adjust model─
DB series could also match with recycle equipment like air preheater. Its basic combustion air could up to 150°C, T250 type could endure more higher to 250°C.
As DB series burner head design, the NOx emission value could ≦ 40ppm (80 mg / kWh)。

(4)Easy maintain and repair design─
All model equiped lifting ear to easier the maintain problem of disassemblely. This design is helpful with engineer to repair burner.
Not only on appearance have special desing, but also the control box could read all the abnormal data which had came up with.
